Mussels Rosso
Mussels sautéed in a spicy tomato garlic sauce.

Mussels sautéed in a white wine garlic sauce.

Spinaci con Aglio-Olio
Fresh leaf spinach and sliced garlic sautéed in extra-virgin olive oil, topped with fresh parmigiano cheese.

Grilled Calamari
Squid Steak marinated in extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, and basalmic vinegar then grilled.

Tonno Carpaccio
Fresh Sashimi grade tuna sliced thinly, served rare, drizzled in extra-virgin olive oil, soy sauce, and lemon juice.  Topped with fresh tomatoes, scallions, lemon zest, and basil.  Served with pickled ginger and wasabi.

Bruschetta
Grilled Italian bread rubbed with fresh garlic and extra-virgin olive oil, and topped with fresh tomatoes and basil.

Gamberi Alberto
Shrimp sautéed in a hot spicy tomato garlic sauce, served over fresh sautéed leaf spinach, dusted with parmigiano cheese.  (May be ordered less spicy.)

Fresh Mozzarella
Mozzarella served with sliced fresh tomatoes, drizzled in extra-virgin olive oil and topped with fresh basil.

Spaghetti con Aglio-Olio
Spaghetti tossed in extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, and red chilies.  Very spicy but may be ordered less.

Fettuccine Alfredo
Parmigiano cheese and fresh cream lightly spiced and tossed with egg fettuccine.

Penne Ragu
Fresh basil, tomatoes, finely chopped vegetables, and ground sirloin served over penne rigate.

Fettuccine con Gamberi
Lemon curry cream sauce tossed with egg fettuccine and topped with sautéed shrimp.

Spaghetti con Pomodoro Basilico
A light tomato sauce served over spaghetti and topped with fresh basil.

Rigatoni con Salsiccia
A tomato cream sauce combined with spicy pork sausage and mixed with rigatoni pasta.

Ravioli stuffed with portabella mushrooms and served with a black pepper mushroom cream sauce.

A tomato, onion, red chilies, and pancetta sauce tossed with penne rigate, and topped with sautéed shrimp.  Spicy Hot!!

Grilled boneless breast of chicken marinated in fresh herbs, lemon, olive oil, and topped with a tart lemon caper sauce.

Lightly floured prime cut medallions of veal prepared scalopine, served with a lemon white wine cream sauce.

Rack D’Agnello
New Zealand rack of lamb rubbed with herbs and spices, brushed with extra-virgin olive oil and grilled.  Can be ordered spicy or not.
